Samples & Demonstrations of Products
- Ensure execution of all product sample requests received from the Marketing team within 48 hours under normal conditions.
- Verify the quality and application performance of samples after execution.
- Coordinate with contractors and dealers and manage related documentation/bills.
Product Awareness & Presentations
- Create product awareness through technical presentations and customer interactions.
- Demonstrate product features, advantages, and applications during customer meetings.
- Support customer engagement and brand promotion activities.
Complaint Handling
- Attend customer complaints on the same day and ensure prompt action.
- Coordinate with the R&D; team for investigation of quality-related complaints.
- Verify application-related issues and provide resolution
MIS & Competitor Intelligence
- Maintain MIS reports related to technical services activities.
- Gather and report competitor information, new products, and market developments on an ongoing basis.
- Share market insights and competitor updates with relevant stakeholders.
