Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Odoo Functional Consultant with 5–7 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Odoo ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should have worked extensively across multiple business domains and be capable of gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, configuring Odoo, managing UAT, and supporting successful ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare functional documents (BRD, SRS, FRD, Gap Analysis, Process Flows).

- Configure standard Odoo modules based on business requirements.

- Work closely with technical teams to deliver customizations and integrations.

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.

- Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals.

- Provide implementation support and post-go-live assistance.

- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery.

- Identify business process improvement opportunities using Odoo best practices.

Mandatory Module Expertise The candidate must have hands-on implementation experience in the following Odoo modules:

- Sales

- Purchase

- Inventory

- Accounting

- Manufacturing (MRP)

- HRMS (Employees,



Recruitment, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Appraisal)

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of overall Functional Consulting experience.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Manufacturing, and HR.

- Experience in multiple end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.

- Ability to prepare functional documentation and solution designs.

- Strong communication, client handling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Good understanding of Odoo standard features and customization capabilities.

- Experience working in Agile project environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Odoo Functional Certification will be an added advantage.
