OCI SaaS Administrator

Role Summary

We are looking for an OCI SaaS Administrator with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SaaS administration, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), environment cloning, and basic Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration.

The candidate will be responsible for managing Oracle SaaS environments, user provisioning, security administration, integrations with identity providers, and supporting day-to-day cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle SaaS Administration

Manage Oracle SaaS environments such as ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or EPM.

Perform environment refreshes, clones, and instance lifecycle management activities.

Monitor environment health and coordinate Oracle SRs for issue resolution.

Manage application security, roles, duties, and user provisioning.

Support quarterly patching and release validation activities.

IAM & SSO Administration

Configure and manage Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) / OCI IAM.

Integrate Oracle SaaS applications with enterprise identity providers such as Azure AD, Okta.

Implement and troubleshoot SSO, SAML, OAuth, and MFA configurations.

Manage user lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews.

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and audit requirements.

Workplace Clone & Migration Activities

Execute and validate SaaS environment clone and refresh activities.

Coordinate migration of configurations between environments.





Perform post-clone validation and user/access reconciliation.

Maintain clone schedules and environment inventory.

OCI Administration (Basic to Intermediate)

Manage OCI compartments, IAM policies, groups, and users.

Monitor OCI resources and basic infrastructure components.

Support networking activities such as VCNs, security lists, NSGs, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Assist in backup monitoring, cost governance, and resource lifecycle management.

Work with OCI native monitoring and logging tools.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience administering Oracle SaaS applications.

Strong knowledge of Oracle IDCS / OCI IAM.

Experience implementing and troubleshooting SSO integrations.

Experience performing SaaS clone and refresh activities.

Understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and identity federation.

Basic OCI administration experience covering IAM, networking, and monitoring.

Experience working with Oracle Support and managing SRs.

Good troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure AD, Okta, or other enterprise identity providers.

Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Understanding of Oracle Cloud security best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years of Oracle SaaS administration experience.

Experience managing user security, IAM, and SSO configurations.

Familiarity with environment cloning and release management activities.

Working knowledge of OCI services and infrastructure administration.

Strong customer-facing and operational support experience.
