We are looking for Nursing Educator/Intructor/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for our Operation and Excellence Department

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing education and training programs.
- Ensure adherence to nursing quality standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Oversee and support day-to-day nursing operations across branches.
- Monitor clinical competencies and identify training needs for nursing staff.
- Act as the primary liaison between branch nursing teams and the head office to address nursing-related issues and ensure effective communication.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct nursing audits, evaluations, and follow-up training based on performance and quality indicators.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance nursing services and patient outcomes.





Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc./GNM); Master's degree preferred.
- Mandatory prior experience as a Staff Nurse and Nursing In-Charge (Ward/Unit In-Charge or equivalent supervisory role).
- Experience in nursing education, training, or clinical quality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, accreditation standards, and patient safety protocols.
