Role Description The Non-Invasive Cardiac Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role involves performing non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures such as ECGs, stress tests, echocardiograms, and Holter monitoring in accordance with established protocols.

The technician will prepare patients for tests, explain procedures clearly, ensure comfort, and maintain accurate patient records and test documentation. Daily responsibilities include operating and maintaining diagnostic equipment, monitoring test quality, assisting cardiologists with reporting, and adhering to infection control and safety standards.



The role also requires collaborating with nursing and medical staff, supporting workflow efficiency in the cardiac unit, and participating in continuous quality improvement and training activities.

Qualifications

- Technical skills in non-invasive cardiac diagnostics, including ECG, TMT/stress testing, Holter monitoring, and echocardiography (where applicable).
- Strong patient care skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, provide reassurance, and maintain a respectful, inclusive approach to all individuals.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, report preparation, and data entry within clinical systems.
- Ability to follow clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures in a high-volume cardiac care setting.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills to work closely with cardiologists, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Diploma or certification in Cardiac Technology, Non-Invasive Cardiology, or a related allied health discipline from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in a cardiac center, hospital, or diagnostic facility is preferred; familiarity with cardiac equipment and PACS/EMR systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, maintain professional ethics, and participate in ongoing training and skill development.
