We are looking for a Network Engineer to manage and maintain our network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations for our BPO processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Ensure 99.9% network uptime for BPO operations.
- Troubleshoot network issues related to connectivity, latency, and hardware.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and modems.
- Coordinate with ISP vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain network security and implement firewall policies.
- Provide support for VoIP / Dialer systems used in BPO.
- Maintain documentation of network configuration and issues.
- Provide on-call support for critical network outages.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Networking Concepts - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Hands-on experience with Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
- Basic knowledge of VoIP and BPO tools/dialers will be an added advantage
- Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts / 24x7 environment
Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT / Networking or Any Graduate with relevant certification (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
