Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a NetSuite Functional Consultant based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The NetSuite Functional Consultant will be responsible for configuring and implementing NetSuite solutions tailored to business needs, conducting system integrations, optimizing business processes, and providing ongoing support. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with clients to understand their requirements, Configuring, performing system testing, and providing user training and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations: discovery, design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support




- Configure and optimize OneWorld Financials (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Manufacturing modules
- Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions and promote best practices
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy integrations and automations
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate project tasks and timelines
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements

Requirements

- 8+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience, with 4–6 end-to-end ERP implementations (including FA, ARM, EFT add-ons)
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and Record-to-Report processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- Nice to have: experience with manufacturing or nonprofit processes and common integration tools
