About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Nail & Eyelash Trainer to join our Beauty Academy. The ideal candidate should have strong practical expertise in nail care, nail extensions, nail art, and eyelash services, along with the ability to train and mentor students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical training for Nail & Eyelash courses.
- Train students in manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, gel/acrylic nails and nail art .
- Provide hands-on training in classic, hybrid and volume eyelash extensions , lash lifting and related techniques.
- Demonstrate professional techniques and ensure students understand each procedure correctly.
- Guide students on product knowledge, tools, hygiene, sanitation and safety standards .
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct practical assessments and maintain student training records.
- Stay updated with the latest nail and eyelash trends, techniques and industry practices .
- Maintain a professional, positive and engaging classroom environment.





Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in Nail & Eyelash services.
- Relevant certification/course in Nail Art, Nail Technology, Eyelash Extensions or Beauty & Cosmetology .
- Strong practical knowledge of contemporary nail and lash techniques.
- Previous training/teaching experience will be preferred .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and developing students.
- Professional grooming and a strong attention to detail.
