Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, with multiple openings focused on stainless steel and aerospace product lines. Team members will support day-to-day production and quality operations, including monitoring manufacturing processes, coordinating with shop floor personnel, and ensuring that products meet required technical and industry standards.

Responsibilities may include handling order execution, supporting process and product inspections, maintaining documentation and reports,



and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, maintenance, and planning. Roles can involve interaction with customers or internal stakeholders to clarify specifications, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, productivity, and product performance. Selected candidates will work closely with senior engineers and managers to meet project timelines and support the company’s growth in stainless steel and aerospace markets.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of stainless steel tubes/pipes or aerospace products, including basic material properties and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in production, quality, or process engineering in metals, fabrication, automotive, aerospace, or related industries.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and international standards relevant to tubular products.
- Strong attention to detail with skills in inspection, documentation, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Comfort with using basic computer tools (e.g., MS Office) and production/quality reporting systems.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Production Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment in Pune and to adapt to shift schedules as required by operations.
