Responsibilities

- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems using industry-standard tools and techniques

- Repair and maintain equipment such as motors, heaters, controls, and other building systems while adhering to safety standards

- Conduct regular safety inspections across all areas of the property and take immediate corrective action to address potential hazards

- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of electrical systems, including circuits, load capacities, and safety limits, ensuring compliance with established standards

- Test electrical equipment and systems for safety and efficiency, documenting findings and recommendations

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of fire alarm systems and emergency protocols, ensuring all systems function properly

- Assist stakeholders with inquiries regarding facility operations in a helpful, informative, and professional manner

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for organizational tracking and analysis





- Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize maintenance tasks and meet operational goals

- Stay current with industry best practices and safety regulations to enhance organizational performance

Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of prior experience in multi-technical maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field

- Diploma or ITI certification in a relevant technical discipline (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC)

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance

- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems efficiently and effectively

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

- Proficiency in time management and the ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities

- Physical capability to perform hands-on maintenance work, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments

- Knowledge of safety protocols, fire alarm systems, and compliance standards

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence and initiative

- Flexible mindset with resilience to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions

- Valid drivers license (preferred)
