Location: Greater Noida

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to handle day-to-day electrical, MEP and equipment maintenance activities at our project/site. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment operations, inspections and timely closure of site complaints.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and complete routine site complaints related to lights, ACs, switches, electrical fittings and other MEP services.
- Coordinate with the Helpdesk and Engineer for reporting and closure of complaints.
- Carry out repair and maintenance of electrical fittings and equipment as required.
- Replace fused/defective lights in lobbies, staircases, basements, offices and common areas.
- Switch ON/OFF external area, staircase, lobby and office lights as per the required schedule.
- Conduct regular rounds of the campus/site and identify electrical or MEP-related issues.
- Assist the plumber and other maintenance teams whenever required.
- Ensure all tools, tackles and equipment are maintained in proper working condition.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to maintain equipment rooms and maintenance areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Carry out Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) as per the prescribed schedule.
- Maintain PPM records, equipment history cards and required checklists.
- Conduct regular inspection of equipment and installations as per approved checklists.
- Operate and monitor the HVAC system of the campus/project.
- Carry out regular cleaning and basic maintenance of electrical panels.




- Maintain equipment operation records and logbooks for UPS, AC panels, LT/HT panels, transformer yard and other electrical/MEP equipment.
- Ensure proper shift handover by discussing pending complaints, breakdowns and electro-mechanical issues with the incoming/outgoing technician.
- Assist in lift operations and coordinate with the authorized lift maintenance agency whenever required.
- Operate DG sets and conduct daily health monitoring, including checking operational parameters and reporting abnormalities.
- Immediately report major electrical, mechanical or safety-related issues to the Engineer/Supervisor.
- Follow all site safety procedures and ensure safe working practices during maintenance activities.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Engineer/Supervisor.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, DG sets, UPS, LT/HT panels and transformers.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to read and maintain maintenance checklists and logbooks.
- Basic understanding of MEP systems and site operations.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdown situations.
- Safety-conscious approach to maintenance activities.

Preferred Candidate

- ITI/Diploma holder in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical or relevant technical discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate, residential/commercial projects, facility management, hotels, hospitals, malls or similar large facilities.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in electrical and MEP maintenance will be preferred.
