Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor – Social Media /n /n Location: Bangalore /n Employment Type: Full-time /n Experience: 1–3 years /n /n Chakra is looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to bring our brand to life through bold, energetic and visually exciting social content. /n /n We're looking for someone who can take raw footage and transform it into content that makes people stop scrolling. Think agile edits, animated typography, beat-synced transitions, motion graphics, creative effects and strong visual storytelling. /n /n This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves experimenting, has exceptional attention to detail, and is constantly looking for ways to make content cooler. /n What You'll Do /n /n /n

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels and short-form video content

/n

- Create motion graphics, animated typography and dynamic text treatments

/n

- Add creative transitions, effects, overlays and visual elements that elevate raw footage

/n

- Create beat-synced edits that bring Chakra's music and energy to life

/n

- Use techniques such as motion tracking, masking, speed ramping and compositing where appropriate

/n

- Shoot and capture content across Chakra studios, classes, events and activations

/n

- Create polished static and video Instagram Stories

/n

- Design social media graphics, promotional creatives and campaign assets

/n

- Turn everyday moments at Chakra into compelling, shareable content

/n

- Identify new editing styles, visual trends and content formats that could work for the brand

/n

- Work with instructors and studio teams to capture the footage and content you need





/n

- Support launches, collaborations, events and campaigns with creative assets

/n

- Help maintain a consistent and distinctive visual identity across Chakra's social channels /n Who We're Looking For /n /n /n
- 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, motion design or social content creation

/n

- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects

/n

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional video-editing software

/n

- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animated typography and visual effects

/n

- Good graphic design skills and a strong understanding of typography, composition and layout

/n

- Comfortable shooting high-quality content on a phone and/or camera

/n

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and current short-form video styles

/n

- A natural sense of rhythm, pacing and music when editing

/n

- Excellent attention to detail

/n

- Able to work quickly without compromising creative quality

/n

- Proactive and comfortable experimenting with new ideas, effects and editing techniques

/n

- Strong visual taste and an understanding of what feels current versus overdone

/n /n /n Experience creating content for fitness, music, fashion, nightlife, sports, hospitality or lifestyle brands is a plus.
