nAs Sundew continue to grow, we are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer with strong visual design capabilities who can take an idea from a static frame to a polished motion experience.

nThe ideal candidate should be equally comfortable creating key visuals, style frames, layouts, and storyboards as they are animating them. This role requires a strong eye for design, typography, composition, storytelling, and contemporary motion aesthetics.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for brand films, digital campaigns, product stories, social content, and corporate communication.
n
- Create moodboards, storyboards, style frames, key visuals, and visual treatments from creative briefs.
n
- Design strong static compositions before translating them into motion.
n
- Create typography-led animation, 2D and 2.5D motion, transitions, compositing, and visual effects.
n
- Visualize technology concepts including SaaS products, UI journeys, AI, data, and digital experiences.
n
- Work with 3D elements and product visualizations where required.
n
- Edit and integrate footage, graphics, typography, UI, 3D, sound,



and motion into cohesive visual narratives.
n
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, and creative leads from concept through final delivery.
n
- Adapt creative work across social, web, events, presentations, and other digital formats.
n
- Explore AI-assisted creative workflows while maintaining robust art direction and design quality.
n

nRequired Skills:

n

n
- 4–6+ years of professional experience in motion design, visual design, advertising, branding, or related creative roles.
n
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both visual design and motion design.
n
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
n
- Strong knowledge of animation principles including timing, pacing, easing, transitions, and visual rhythm.
n
- Ability to translate briefs and abstract concepts into compelling visual ideas.
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work across different visual styles and brand systems.
n

nSoftware Proficiency:

nEssential:

nAdobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma

nPreferred:

nBlender and/or Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, Rive/Lottie, Redshift/Octane or similar 3D workflows

nFamiliarity with AI-assisted image and video generation tools and emerging creative workflows will be an added advantage.

nEducation & Portfolio:

nBachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Motion Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.

nPortfolio quality, design thinking, visual taste, and motion craft will be given greater importance than academic qualifications.
