CODEVENIX
Graphic & Motion Designer (Multimedia Design)
Marketing Department
Company: Codevenix
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Works closely with: Social Media, SEO / Content, Performance Marketing, Sales and Compliance
Employment type: Full-time
Location: Remote, India
Experience required: 2–5 years (agency /Web3/ trading experience preferred)
About the company:
We’re a Dubai-based product and consulting company working across Web2, Web3, forex,
and DeFi. We ship real products — trading platforms, DeFi tools, brand campaigns — and we need motion that matches. This role is remote for India, or in-person in Hyderabad if you’d rather work on-site.
1. Role Summary
Codevenix is looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer who can own the complete visual output of the marketing department — from daily social media creatives and short-form video reels, to SEO blog banners, and high-performing paid ad creatives for Google and Meta (Facebook / Instagram). Looking for someone with Web3/forex and trading background to make visuals that attract the right audience.
The right candidate is equally strong in static design (posters, banners, carousels) and motion (reels, animated ads, explainer videos), understands that a trading brand must look premium and credible, and can turn a brief into a finished, publish-ready asset with minimal supervision.
Codevenix runs an AI-assisted design pipeline . Confident, professional use of current AI creative tools — image generation, AI video, AI editing inside Adobe, and LLMs for copy and concepting — is a core requirement of this role, not an optional extra . Section 4 sets out the expected tool stack and the rules that govern its use.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Social Media Design & Content Calendar
- Design all creatives for the approved monthly social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube and Telegram.
- Deliver the full asset mix: single posts, multi-slide carousels, stories, covers, profile assets, festival and event posts, and announcement creatives.
- Produce recurring branded series on a fixed schedule — for example the weekly Economic Calendar carousel , daily and weekly market update posts, and educational content series.
- Resize and adapt every concept into all required platform ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) without breaking layout, logo lockup or legibility.
- Maintain a working queue so creatives are ready ahead of the posting date, not on the day of posting.
B. Video, Reels & Motion Graphics
- Concept, edit and deliver short-form video reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and similar placements.
- Create motion graphics: animated logo stingers, kinetic typography, animated charts and market visuals, lower thirds, subtitles and end cards.
- Edit long-form content where required — webinars, market outlook videos, analyst pieces, event recaps and testimonials — including colour, sound balance, captions and thumbnails.
- Build and maintain reusable motion templates so recurring formats can be produced quickly and consistently.
- Design custom YouTube thumbnails and video cover frames engineered for click-through.
C. SEO, Blog & Website Design Support
- Design blog post banners, featured images and in-article graphics for every SEO article published, optimised for web (correct dimensions, compressed file size, descriptive file naming).
- Produce infographics, data visuals, comparison tables and step-by-step explainer graphics that support the SEO content plan and earn shares and links.
- Design landing page sections, hero banners, website banners, pop-ups and promotional strips in coordination with the web and development team.
- Deliver email marketing and WhatsApp campaign visuals — headers, banners and template graphics.
D. Performance Marketing Creatives (Google & Facebook Ads)
- Design Google Ads creatives: responsive display banners across the full standard size set (300x250, 336x280, 728x90, 300x600, 320x100, 160x600, 970x250 and others), plus discovery, YouTube and demand-gen assets.
- Design Facebook / Instagram (Meta) Ads creatives: static posters, carousels, collection ads, story and reel ads, and short video ads.
- Produce multiple variants per campaign for A/B testing — different hooks, headlines, colour treatments, layouts and CTA styles — so the media buyer always has options to test.
- Iterate creatives based on campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) shared by the performance marketing team, and refresh fatigued creatives on a fixed cycle.
- Ensure every ad asset complies with Google and Meta advertising policies for financial services, including text-ratio limits, prohibited-claim avoidance and required disclaimers.
E. Brand, Print & Corporate Collateral
- Apply and protect the client brand identity — logo lockup, colour system, typography, iconography and photographic / 3D style — across every asset and every channel.
- Design corporate collateral: company profile, brochures, product one-pagers, presentation decks, proposals, certificates, business cards, letterheads and email signatures.
- Design event and exhibition material: booth backdrops, roll-up standees, banners, flyers, giveaways, badges and QR / lead-capture cards.
- Support product marketing with app store creatives, platform screenshots, feature announcement visuals and promotional campaign identities (bonus offers, contests, seasonal campaigns).
F. Process, Compliance & Asset Management
- Work from written briefs, deliver on agreed deadlines, and flag blockers early.
- Use AI creative tools as a standard part of the production pipeline (see Section 4),
maintain the shared prompt library so any campaign format can be reproduced by the team, and keep every AI-assisted asset within the company's AI usage rules.
- Maintain an organised, version-controlled asset library (source files, exports, fonts, templates) so any asset can be located and re-edited by the team.
- Ensure all trading-related creatives carry the required risk warning and regulatory disclaimers , and never include guaranteed-profit, risk-free or misleading performance claims.
- Route creatives through the internal review and compliance approval process before publication.
- Keep source files (AI, PSD, AEP, PR, Figma) tidy, correctly named and handed over — the company owns all working files.
3. Required Skills & Software
Design
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Figma (or equivalent) for web / UI layouts and design systems
- Canva, for fast turnaround and template handover to non-designers
Motion & Video
- Adobe After Effects — motion graphics, animated charts, kinetic typography
- Adobe Premiere Pro — editing, captions, colour, audio
- Working knowledge of CapCut or a mobile-first editor for rapid reel turnaround
- Basic sound design, music licensing awareness and subtitle / caption workflow
Good to have
- Blender or Cinema 4D for 3D product and scene visuals
- Lottie or animated SVG export for web and app
- Basic HTML / CSS understanding for clean web banner handoff
AI creative tools are covered separately in Section 4 and are a required skill, not a "valuable to have".
Core competencies
- Strong typography, layout, colour and composition fundamentals
- Ability to design for conversion , not only aesthetics — clear hierarchy, one message, strong CTA
- Speed and consistency under a live content calendar
- Copy sensibility: able to lay out marketing copy well and suggest tighter headlines
- Attention to detail — spelling, alignment, export settings, colour profiles, file sizes
- AI fluency — able to pick the right model for the job and art-direct it, not simply accept the first output
- Comfortable receiving feedback and delivering revisions quickly
4. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 2–5 years of professional experience producing both static and motion creatives.
- Prior experience in forex, trading, fintech, banking or financial services marketing is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience designing paid social and Google display ad creatives at volume.
- Hands-on production experience with AI creative tools (image generation, AI video and/or AI-assisted editing) on work that was actually published, not experiments.
- A portfolio is mandatory and must include: social media posts and carousels, at least three short-form video reels or motion pieces, paid ad creative sets, and at least one full brand or campaign application.
