About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;) Executive to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of CSR and social-sector projects. The role involves working with project teams, implementing partners, and stakeholders to collect, analyse, and interpret data and generate insights on programme performance and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monitoring frameworks, indicators, tools, and data collection methodologies for CSR and social-sector projects.
- Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection tools such as surveys, questionnaires, interview guides, and observation checklists.
- Conduct field visits to monitor project implementation and validate reported data.
- Coordinate with NGOs, implementation partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders for data collection and verification.
- Conduct data cleaning, validation, analysis, and interpretation using appropriate statistical and analytical methods.
- Track project outputs, outcomes, milestones, and key performance indicators against defined targets.
- Identify gaps, trends, challenges, and deviations in project implementation and recommend corrective actions.
- Support baseline, midline, endline, impact assessment, and outcome evaluation studies.
- Prepare monitoring reports, evaluation reports, dashboards, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Document programme learnings, best practices, case studies, and impact stories.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation across projects
- Work closely with internal consulting and project teams to translate data into actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Development Studies, Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, impact assessment, research, social-sector consulting, CSR, development programmes, or a related field.
- Experience in project planning, implementation, budgeting, stakeholder management, impact assessment, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management and data analysis tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, ownership, collaboration, adaptability, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and stakeholder engagements.
- Own laptop with a reliable internet connection is mandatory.
Employment Details
- Work Mode: Remote (travel required based on business/project requirements)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Probation Period: 3 months
