Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Molding Machine Maintenance role based at the Navneet Plastic Industries facility in Gurgaon. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on molding machines and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting machinery, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshooting faults, and carrying out repair and replacement of parts.

The maintenance professional will monitor machine performance, maintain accurate maintenance records, coordinate with production staff to minimize downtime,



and follow safety and quality standards in line with ISO practices. The role may also involve supporting improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and overall manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance to support continuous molding operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance to plan and execute scheduled servicing and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair to perform adjustments, part replacements, and corrective actions on molding machines.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to quickly identify root causes of mechanical or electrical issues in equipment.
- Relevant technical education, such as an ITI, diploma, or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Experience working with injection molding or plastic manufacturing machinery is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, basic hydraulics and pneumatics, and the ability to read technical manuals and machine drawings is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, collaborate with production teams, and maintain clear documentation of maintenance activities.
