n1. Achieve sales target for assigned territory (Urban & Rural)

n2. Manage various distribution channels (direct, indirect and alternate)

n3. Plan and achieve product wise and town wise growth

n4. Develop channel in the new markets

n5. Drive Business of device, activation and recharge through distributors

n6. Manage key retail outlets including contemporary trade outlets

n7. Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and processes
