Job Title: MIS Executive - Trading Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyze trading data, prepare daily MIS reports, and support management with accurate business insights for our trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trading MIS & Reporting:

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports - Sales, Purchase, Stock, P&L;, MTM, Exposure.
- Track daily trading position, open position, profit/loss reporting.
- Reconcile trade data with back-office, accounts and exchanges.
- Maintain client / vendor wise profitability and ledger reports.

2. Data Management & Analysis:

- Collect data from trading software / ERP and prepare reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Create and maintain dashboards for management.
- Variance analysis - Budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual.




- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

3. Coordination:

- Coordinate with Trading Desk, Accounts, and Operations team for data validation.
- Automate regular reports to reduce manual work.

Required Skills
- Must Have: Advanced Excel [VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIFS, IF, Graphs, Power Query], Positive at Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Tableau will be a big plus.
- Understanding of trading terminologies - P&L;, MTM, Exposure, Stock Ledger, Brokerage.
- Strong analytical and data accuracy skills.
- Experience in ERP like Tally, SAP, Zoho, or any trading terminal.

Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA Finance
- 1-4 years experience in MIS, preferably from a Trading / Broking firm.
