Exposure to Advance excel & must have experience on SAP
Maintaining all Data & MIS Reports.
Undertake customer surveys, consultation, exit surveys and elicit feedback on service in order to improve service delivery.
- Challenge current methods of service delivery and identify, recommend and implement improvement.
- Maintain MIS, network element and MDF as per standard.
- Random Auditing (for Broadband Connections).
- Rectifying the fault in RSU and DLC.
- CAF Flow activities on Lotus Notes within 100% SLA (Service Line Agreement).
- Maintaining daily records of activities done in RSU
