- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance using advanced excel skills.
- Enter data accurately into the system with high speed and efficiency.
- Utilize VLOOKUP functions to analyze and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
- Create complex formulas and macros to streamline report generation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas of improvement in MIS reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (BPO/Call Centre).
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, graphs, H/V lookup, conditional formatting etc.
- Excellent English communication skills for transparent documentation and presentation.
