Position: MIS Cum Data Analyst

Location: Noida, Sector 3

Experience: 3+ Year

Salary: Up to ₹4.2 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain MIS dashboards and management reports.
- Track business performance, targets, achievements, and key KPIs.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and data gaps and provide actionable insights.
- Develop automated reports using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all MIS reports.
- Maintain databases and ensure proper data management.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
- Monitor and analyze operational and sales data to support business decisions.




- Improve existing reporting processes and reduce manual reporting efforts

Required Skill

- 3+ years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Business Reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Conditional Formatting.
- Hands-on experience with Power Query is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Valuable understanding of data analysis and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills
