Microsoft Dynamics CRM DeveloperExperience: 5+ years
Location: Hyderabad-Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong experience in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls and custom UI components.
- Design and implement CRM integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
- Configure and customize Dynamics entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and views.
- Work with Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Participate in technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot performance and integration issues and provide scalable solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Good experience developing PCF controls using TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure integration services.
- Understanding of CRM data models, security roles, workflows, and solution management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Valuable to Have: Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications and experience working on enterprise-scale CRM implementations.
