Introduction

We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist to join our team at Teraleads, a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in dental marketing. In this role, you'll manage advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for both our agency's clients and our own in-house ad accounts, ensuring every campaign is optimized, cost-efficient, and consistently generating high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Meta and TikTok advertising strategies for dental clinic clients, as well as manage and optimize Teraleads' own ad accounts
- Manage campaigns end-to-end to hit lead generation, cost-efficiency, and revenue growth targets
- Continuously monitor spend and performance to keep cost-per-lead low without sacrificing lead quality
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine targeting, messaging, and creative
- Use AI tools where relevant to streamline campaign management, reporting, and optimization workflows
- Build and deliver clear, regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Stay current on Meta and TikTok platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices

Requirements





- Minimum 5 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns; TikTok Ads experience is required
- Dental industry advertising experience is required
- Must have managed a minimum of 10 ad accounts simultaneously
- Direct experience advertising to USA and Canada audiences, with solid understanding of both markets
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into optimization decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage ad accounts that are both high-performing and cost-efficient
- Comfortable using AI tools to support daily ad operations and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, with a client-centric approach and ability to report clearly to both clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads experience is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy) are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
