Role Description The Meta Ads Executive is a full-time on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. In this role, the team member will plan, set up, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and bid strategies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and optimizing creatives, placements, and messaging to achieve client goals.

Executive will collaborate with account managers and creative teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing objectives and report campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders. The role also involves staying updated on Meta Ads policies, platform updates,



and best practices to continuously improve campaign efficiency and return on ad spend.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
- Experience in performance marketing and paid social campaigns, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret key metrics, and prepare clear performance reports and recommendations.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and basic funnel optimization concepts.
- Good collaboration skills to work with creative, account management, and strategy teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and documentation.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing) is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to platform changes, and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.
