MEP Project Planning Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad

Experience: 5–6 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Planning Engineer to join our project team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience in planning and scheduling MEP projects, with solid knowledge of project management, progress monitoring, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP works as HVAC systems.

Prepare baseline schedules, work programs, and project timelines.

Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or deviations.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Track manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.

Analyze project delays and assist in developing recovery plans.

Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, and architectural works.





Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of activities.

Assist in preparation of look-ahead schedules and progress updates.

Maintain proper project planning and documentation.

Participate in project review meetings and provide planning-related inputs.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

5–6 years of relevant experience in MEP project planning.

Strong understanding of MEP construction and project execution.

Experience with MS Project.

Good knowledge of project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with multiple project teamsq and meet deadlines.

Candidates with experience in large-scale building/infrastructure projects will be preferred.
