Melting Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

- Handling shift operations in Melting area. ( Team size - 20 ).
- Successful SOP of new plant Melting equipment's and scaling up operations.
- Handling crane assisted molten metal transfer.
- Achieve shift area target wrt Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Suggestions.
- Supporting training of current trainee supervisors.
- Ensure timely process parameters check and corrections.
- Maintain Floor Control, 1S /2S in area.
- Note and resolve operator concerns on time.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/Graduation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
