- Drive sales by converting customer inquiries into successful transactions via chat.
- Resolve customer queries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Technical/System Requirements (Mandatory):
- System or Laptop: Core i5 (8th Generation or above) with 8 GB RAM.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or above.
- Camera: Mandatory.
- Internet Speed (Wi-Fi): Minimum 20 Mbps (Upload & Download).
- Headset: Compatible USB Headset with Noise Cancellation .
- Suggested Brand:



Big Passport (available online at reasonable prices).
- UPS/Power Backup: Mandatory, minimum 2 hours backup.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Positive communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates who are undergraduates are also eligible.
- Freshers can apply.

Working Schedule:
- Days: 6 days working and 1 rotational weekly off.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts of 9 hours.
- Salary Breakup: 19,177 CTC and 16,000 Take Home.
