Salary & Growth

- Freshers: 13,000/month + Performance Incentives
- HR Recruitment/TA Internship: 16,000/month + Performance Incentives
- Performance review after 2 months
- Salary revision from 3rd month based on performance
- Hands-on recruitment training & growth opportunities
