Job Purpose

- Oversee Engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems
- Ensure safety, reliability, and strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Drive proactive vendor coordination and stakeholder management for timely project delivery.

Job Context & Challenges
- Manage structural, equipment, and piping construction, ensuring technical compliance.
- Manage multi-vendor interfaces and resolving technical issues.
- Handle tight deadlines with high safety and quality standards.
- Ensure meticulous project documentation, statutory compliance, and project reporting.

Accountabilities: (Bag Filter, Packing Area & WTP/WWTP) - Bag Filter Bag Replacement as per schedule, Bulk Bag Packing Machine & Paper Bag Packing Machine, Conveyor, WTP/WWTP Equipment etc. -

a) Responsible for Bag Filter, Packing Area & WTP/WWTP Equipment Maintenance.

b) Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance of all equipment.

c) History Card for Bag Filter replacement. (Bag Replacement)

d) Review preventive & predictive maintenance schedule as per OEM Manual.

e) Monitor plant equipment for improvement.

f) Ensure compliance with shut down maintenance g) Analyze non-conformances and implement CAPA h) Maintain equipment history and perfect housekeeping.

i) Calibration of Packing Machine as per Set standard.

Construction Supervision & Management -

a) Monitor daily equipment health of equipment & ensure no breakdown b) Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely mobilization of resources for Service Support for replacement of Reactor shell as per Plan.

Raising PR for spare items & Maintain inventory d) To achieve trouble free operation of the Plant

Vendor & Resource Management a) Coordinate material delivery and inventory management with supplier & Purchase dept b) Allocate manpower and equipment effectively for Execution of work on daily basis c) Monitoring cost for Optimization of resource as per department budget

Safety Culture & Management a) Implement BC Global health & safety standard.

b) Promote behavior-based safety and proactive hazard reporting.

c) Organize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training for workforce.

d) Encourage reporting of near miss cases and drive proactive safety practices.

e) HIRA & Risk Register for Maintenance activity.

f) Implementation of Toolbox Talk, safety Permit, LOTO in department g) Audit/ review implementation of site safety plan, site logistics plan and contractual requirements.

h) Adherence to safety Compliance & Strategic to achieve zero incident

Documentation & Reporting a) Logbook for daily Progress & Document daily progress, issues, and resolutions.

b) Compile quality assurance and safety reports.

c) Ensure proper documentation of design changes and approvals.

d) Maintain accurate records of permits, trainings, audits, incidents, and statutory compliance.

e) IATF documentation as per ISO standard.

f) Maintain engineering records, reports, and as-built documentation.

Education : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical

Experience : 8–12 years in Construction Management, Manufacturing Plant with at least 2–3 years in greenfield/large-scale industrial project environments.
