- MBBS from a recognized medical college
- Valid NMC / Madhya Pradesh Medical Council Registration
Experience
- Experienced MBBS RMO required
- Prior experience in Hospital / IPD / Emergency / ICU will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IPD patients and provide day-to-day medical care
- Conduct patient assessment, clinical examination and monitoring
- Monitor vital signs and treatment response
- Attend to emergency cases and provide initial stabilization
- Initiate treatment as per hospital protocols and consultant guidance
- Assist consultants during rounds, procedures and emergency management
- Promptly escalate critical cases to the concerned consultant
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments
- Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions and discharge documentation
- Ensure timely investigations and follow-up of patients
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety and hospital clinical protocols
