Position Overview

Della Adventure Park is seeking energetic, guest-oriented, and safety-conscious candidates to join the team as Adventure Marshalls at our premier park in Lonavala. In this role, you will be responsible for operating high-adrenaline adventure rides, ensuring absolute guest safety, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strict activity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Operations: Welcome guests, brief them on activity rules, fit and adjust safety harnesses, helmets, and protective gear correctly.
- Activity Execution: Safely operate adventure activities (e.g., Flying Fox, Swoop, Archery, Paintball, High Ropes, Buggy Rides) following standard operating procedures.
- Safety & Security: Conduct daily inspection of safety equipment, ropes, harnesses, and activity structures before operations begin; enforce park safety regulations at all times.
- Guest Assistance & Engagement: Guide guests through activities, encourage participants to overcome hesitation, and deliver an energetic, memorable experience.
- Emergency Response: Act quickly during operational halts or guest discomfort,



following safety protocols for prompt rescue or assistance. Candidate Profile & Eligibility

- Qualifications: 10th / 12th pass / Graduation in any discipline (Freshers are fully welcome to apply).
- Physical Fitness: Good physical stamina, agility, and comfort with outdoor conditions and heights.
- Communication Skills: Basic knowledge of English and Hindi/Marathi; valuable verbal expression and guest-handling skills.
- Attributes: High energy, dynamic attitude ,discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility toward safety.
