Job Title : Sr. Executive - Marketing Communications

Location : BKC , Mumbai

Exp : Minimum 3 to 5 Years into creative digital marketing agencies

Specifications (Skills & Competencies)

1. Drive and implement strategies for communication across all platforms and channels.
2. Develop strategies to build brand equity to command maximum positive perception.
3. Draft and implement marketing strategies to drive footfall into the mall.
4. Drive revenue from ad spaces and promotional areas in the mall.
5. Responsible to draft and control marketing budget for the mall.
6. Responsible to draft and implement events calendar for the financial year.
7. Responsible for thorough and constant competition and trend analysis.
8. Ability to interact effectively with personnel, vendors, event management and ad agencies at all levels.
9. Conduct shopping bag audits, mystery shopping and all satisfaction and feedback surveys at regular intervals.
10. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning of campaigns across all mall assets.
11. Responsible for co-ordination with the finance department for funds receivables management.
12.



Manage operating expenses to minimize costs while providing desired results.
13. Draft marketing and promotional strategies and other related policies keeping the brand image.
14. Lead entire spectrum of ATL and BTL activities spanning concept development, design, printing, media, PR, Photo & Video Shoot, Influencer Marketing and 3rd party activation* , *press conferences etc.
15. Responsible for digital performance marketing strategy and analysis across Meta and Google Ads.
16. - Amalgamate useful and intelligent information to develop robust communication strategies.

- Essential Experience : Good networking within Marketing, Advertising and Creative agencies within Mumbai and other cities.
