About The Tech Planner The Tech Planner (TTP) is a B2B SaaS platform built for India's wedding and event planning industry. Our tool helps professional event planners manage RSVPs, guest communication, accommodation and logistics, and vendor coordination — all through a WhatsApp-native workflow that replaces the spreadsheets and scattered chats most planners rely on today. We're a fast-growing, founder-led startup on a mission to bring real product thinking to an industry driven by emotion, trust, and last-minute chaos.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Executive to help build TTP's brand and drive adoption of our SaaS product among event planners across India. This is a full-time, 4-month internship with an option to convert to a full-time role based on performance. It's a hands-on, ground-floor opportunity — you'll work directly with the founders across partnerships, content, campaigns, and growth experiments.

Ideal for someone who wants real ownership and is excited to learn by doing, in a fast-moving startup workplace.

What You'll Do

- Partnerships & growth: reach out to potential clients, set up and represent TTP at industry stalls and events, and explore influencer marketing opportunities
- Identify and test new channels for growth for TTP's SaaS product




- Speak with existing clients to gather stories, testimonials, and ideas that can be turned into content
- Coordinate with TTP's marketing agency to ensure ad campaigns run smoothly and deliver results
- Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to generate content pieces, static social posts, and video scripts
- Work closely with the founding team, with genuine on-the-job learning across marketing, growth, and partnerships

What We're Looking For
- Genuinely keen on building something from the ground up — a self-starter who takes ownership of marketing and growth
- Comfortable talking to people — clients, partners, and prospects — in person and over calls
- Curious and comfortable using AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to create content
- Based in Kolkata, and able to work full-time, including occasional stalls/events outside regular hours
- Prior experience in marketing or growth is a plus, but attitude, hustle, and willingness to learn matter more
- Previous internship experience in marketing, growth, or a related field is a plus

Compensation ₹10,000 per month during the 4-month internship. On conversion to a full-time role, compensation will be ₹20,000- ₹25,000 per month, based on performance and experience.
