About Roz

Roz is building the everyday health brand for Indian women.

We started with Iron Up, our iron supplement, and are building a larger women's health and D2C consumer brand with products designed around the health needs women face across different stages of life.

We’re looking for someone to work closely with the founder across marketing, growth, e-commerce, customer experience and business operations.

What you'll work on

MARKETING & GROWTH

- Support growth marketing, brand marketing and customer acquisition initiatives
- Ideate and execute marketing campaigns and creative concepts
- Support influencer marketing, UGC and creator collaborations
- Help plan and execute product launches, brand activations, events and partnerships
- Contribute ideas for social media, content, blogs and newsletters
- Track marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve
- Support customer reviews, testimonials and other social proof initiatives
- Help build and engage Roz's online and offline community

E-COMMERCE & OPERATIONS

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across D2C and marketplaces
- Help manage and improve Roz's Shopify website, product pages and customer journey
- Manage Amazon and marketplace listings, inventory and day-to-day requirements
- Track orders, inventory, fulfilment and operational issues
- Manage customer experience and communications across relevant channels
- Coordinate with logistics, vendors and external partners
- Support order processing and fulfilment when required




- Maintain operational trackers and assist with basic business and financial analysis

What we're looking for

QUALIFICATIONS

- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a D2C, e-commerce, consumer brand, startup, growth marketing or brand marketing environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel and basic business metrics
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Manager or similar tools is a plus
- Experience with influencer marketing, UGC, marketplace management or customer experience is a plus

You’re proactive, organised and highly execution-oriented. You enjoy working across different functions and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a quick-moving startup environment.

You're curious, resourceful and quick to learn. You don't need a step-by-step process for everything and are comfortable figuring things out independently.

You're also willing to get hands-on wherever needed — from marketing and customer experience to e-commerce and operations.

Most importantly, you're someone who takes ownership, figures things out and gets things done.
