As the Marketing Associate based in Kolkata, India, you will assist in execution of marketing campaigns within the region to support lead creation and our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with graphic design tools experience and most importantly have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

What will you do ?

- Assist in developing multi-channel campaigns that support business initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (Google ads, social media, e-mail, in-person, videos, webinars, articles, etc.)
- Track data and report on performance and efficiency of campaigns to help shape future marketing strategies
- Coordinate with external vendors on events and campaigns, Manage back-end activities such as PO generation and payable to vendors.
- Stay up to date on competitive intelligence through analysis of competitors’ campaigns, websites, events, imagery, Etc.




- Execute the strategy for regional tradeshows and events.
- Familiar with marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva, Microsoft Office, locobuzz etc.
- Collaborate with marketing group and help to create marketing materials such as brochures, ads, flyers, and presentations for regional needs. Marketing Research, handle Customers Surveys.
- Execute social media calendar and help in creation of content and graphics (LinkedIn)
- Assist in development of the annual Marketing plans together with the Marketing Manager, and regional business leaders
- Comply with the applicable regulations and standards regarding quality, safety, environmental as well as the occupational health standards in order to minimize risks in these areas and to create opportunities and chances for improvement.

What are we looking for?

Education: Degree, with major in business, marketing, or communications preferred.

Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, communication or a similar role with proven experience in creating professional marketing and brand materials using visual design and content creation platforms such as Marq or similar tools. Additional training will be offered upon onboarding in any other areas as needed.





Language: Excellent English skills both written & verbal

Location: Reasonable commuting distance to Kolkata, Ruby Hospital area. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.
