We're Hiring: Market Research Operations Executive

Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of survey programming, vendor management, and client relationships? We're looking for a Market Research Operations Executive to join our team.

What you'll do:

- Launch and manage surveys on sample platforms like Cint, PureSpectrum, and Lucid
- Negotiate CPI/bids with clients to ensure competitive, profitable pricing
- Onboard and manage relationships with sample/panel vendors
- Test survey links and troubleshoot issues before and during fielding
- Monitor and optimize live campaign performance (quality, quotas, incidence rate, completes)
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for both clients and vendors throughout project lifecycles
- Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards in Excel





What we're looking for:

- Hands-on experience with online sample platforms (Cint, PureSpectrum, Lucid, or similar)
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills
- Sharp attention to detail for QA/link testing
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable managing both client and vendor conversations
- Ability to multitask across multiple live projects
