In this role, Marketing Representatives will support the business by engaging with potential clients in the field, promoting the product range, building relationships, and identifying current opportunities to strengthen the company s footprint in Goa s hospitality and healthcare sectors.
Job Responsibilities :
- Visit hotels, hospitals, and other potential clients to promote company products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present product information and explain product benefits to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field marketing activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist in converting enquiries into sales.
- Gather market feedback and share customer requirements with management.
- Maintain records of client visits, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the management team regarding customer requirements and business development activities.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales marketing.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and customer interaction.
- Must be able to communicate in Konkani.
- Must possess basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel within Goa for field visits.
