About the JobSenior Manager – Lending Partnerships & Alliances

nnRole Overview

nThe candidate will independently identify, onboard and manage lending partnerships with banks and NBFCs for CreadxMoney. The role involves taking each partnership from the initial discussion and commercial negotiation through legal documentation, SOP readiness, product mapping, technology integration, UAT, go-live and business scaling.

nnKey Responsibilities

n•

nBuild a robust pipeline of banks and NBFCs and initiate partnership discussions with relevant decision-makers.

n•

nLead end-to-end lender onboarding, including business proposals, commercials, agreements, due diligence and operating models.

n•

nUnderstand each partner’s loan products, credit criteria, documentation, pricing and customer journey, and coordinate their onboarding onto the CreadxMoney platform.

n•

nWork closely with partner and internal Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Accounts teams for API integration, UAT and production launch.

n•

nPrepare and maintain SOPs for lead sharing, application processing, documentation, disbursal, reconciliation, customer support and escalations.

n•

nBuild strong relationships with lending partners and conduct regular reviews to improve logins, approvals, disbursals, turnaround time and business volumes.

n•

nTrack partner-wise MIS,



resolve operational issues and identify opportunities to add new products or scale existing partnerships.

nnRequired Skills and Experience

n•

n5+ years of experience in lending partnerships, business development or alliances within a bank, NBFC, fintech, digital lending platform or DSA.

n•

nStrong professional network and proven ability to onboard banks or NBFCs.

n•

nGood understanding of secured and unsecured loan products, lender credit policies, BRE, APIs, LOS/LMS workflows and digital lending journeys.

n•

nExperience coordinating legal agreements, technology integration, compliance requirements and cross-functional teams.

n•

nStrong negotiation, communication, relationship-management and analytical skills.
