Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager - Cyber Security Risk & Compliance

Location: Any Protiviti Office

Experience: 10+ Years

Notice period: Immediate to 1month Max

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and lead assessments across ISO 27001/27002, ISO 27701, NIST CSF, CSA, Cloud Security, Network Security, Application Security, and regulatory/compliance frameworks.
- Perform Cyber Risk Assessments, Business Impact Assessments, and security control reviews.
- Review and assess security domains including IAM, Infrastructure Security, Network Security, DLP, Endpoint Protection, Firewalls, Proxies, and Web Security Controls.
- Evaluate cloud security posture and VAPT findings, providing practical remediation recommendations.
- Present risk insights and strategic recommendations to Senior Management and Board-level stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.
- Robust hands-on experience with ISO 27001/27002, ISO 27701,



NIST CSF, CSA, ITGC, COBIT, COSO, and regulatory/compliance assessments.
- Sound knowledge of Cloud Security, Network Security, IAM, Application Security, Data Security, Secure SDLC, Database Security, and Cyber Risk Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Mandatory Certifications Candidates must possess at least one of the following certifications:

- CISSP
- CISM
- CISA
- CRISC
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer

- Big 4
- Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
- Cyber Security Advisory / Risk Consulting
