Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior PowerApps Developer with 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, and AWS Lambda.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build scalable and automated business workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps based on business requirements.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and consume APIs and integrate external services with Power Platform applications.
- Implement serverless integrations and business logic using AWS Lambda.
- Configure connectors, custom connectors, Dataverse, and other Power Platform components.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, architects, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform application troubleshooting, performance optimization, testing, and deployment.
- Establish development standards, reusable components, and best practices.
- Conduct code/design reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in application/software development.




- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Extensive experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration and customization.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform connectors.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with enterprise application development and integration patterns.
- Good understanding of security, authentication, and role-based access.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in designing enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
- Knowledge of ALM practices for Power Platform, including solution management and deployment.
- Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
