Role Summary The Manager (Leasing) will lead marketing and leasing strategy for MMLP Bengaluru, develop channel partnerships, and close the lease deal with a strong customer.

- Develop and execute leasing & marketing strategy (RTM & BTS models)
- Identify and target key customer segments indian or overseas clients
- Build and manage a channel partner network

- Lead and mentor the marketing team
- Conduct appraisals and capability building
