We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales professional

Experience: 7-10Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to decision-makers, including Engineering Managers, Program Managers, Procurement Heads, and CXOs.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and fit.

Sales Development

- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Business Development/Sales teams.
- Understand customer engineering challenges and position relevant service offerings.
- Prepare account intelligence reports and prospect profiles.
- Support proposal development and RFI/RFP response activities.

Market Intelligence

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging opportunities within target industries and geographies.




- Provide market feedback to sales leadership and marketing teams.

Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing teams to execute demand-generation and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Coordinate with delivery, solutioning, and technical teams to understand service offerings and value propositions.
- Support sales leadership in achieving revenue and pipeline targets.

Required Qualifications

- 5-7 years of inside sales, lead generation, or business development experience in Engineering Services, ER&D;, Product Engineering, Digital Engineering, Embedded Systems.
- Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and supporting revenue growth.
