Hindustan Feeds is a professionally managed agro-based company with manufacturing units located at Baramati, Satara, and Shrirampur. The company is a market leader in the cattle feed industry with a rapidly growing business across Maharashtra.

Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

- 10–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP administration, cybersecurity and vendor management.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities · Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems across all company locations.

· Ensure uninterrupted IT operations, system availability, and business continuity.

· Monitor system performance, data backups, storage utilization, and disaster recovery processes.

· Administer SAP and other enterprise applications to support business operations.

· Manage SAP user access, authorization roles, security controls, and governance.

· Coordinate SAP upgrades, enhancements, support activities, and integration projects.

· Lead IT automation, digitalization, and AI-based business transformation initiatives.

· Coordinate and manage all system integration projects.

· Develop, implement and monitor IT security policies, procedures, and controls.





· Conduct IT risk assessments, security audits, and compliance activities.

· Manage relationships with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers.

· Oversee software licensing, annual maintenance contracts, and technology procurements.

· Evaluate and implement recent technologies, applications, and IT solutions.

· Provide IT support and technical guidance to management and business users.

· Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for project execution and support.

· Prepare, monitor, and control the IT budget and technology-related expenditures.

· Maintain IT documentation, policies, standard operating procedures, and records.

· Conduct user training programs and promote IT security awareness.

· Ensure timely resolution of IT issues, service requests, and operational challenges.

· Drive continuous improvement in IT systems, processes, and service delivery.

· Support organizational growth through technology-driven solutions and innovation.
