Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager to handle multiple project sites. Responsible for overall deliverable of the Project ensuring adherence to project specifications & meet delivery timelines with Safety & Quality.

Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Piping projects execution.

Key Skills:

- Technical knowledge about Gas Distribution system, Utility Piping System, Drain Piping and Fire Hydrant / Sprinkler Piping and Alarm System.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in coordination with Site Engineers, and Sub vendors & internal/external project team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning Develop project plans & Schedules considering project deliverables, timelines and resource allocation, Site Mobilization and Project Kick-off.
- Handling Site Engineers, Safety Officers and Site Work execution team / sub-contractors for smooth delivery of projects
- Coordinate with internal and external Design team to Review Drawings,



finalize BOQ and Technical Data Sheets Submission to Consultants and Approval
- Coordinate with Purchase Team for Materials Ordering and Delivery to Site and Support Accounts Team for RA Bills / Invoice Submission
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and specifications related to piping engineering, ensuring appropriate documentation, impact assessment, and coordination with relevant parties.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to piping construction, ensuring the safety, quality, and timely completion of the project.
- Report the progress of piping engineering activities, including design reviews, procurement status, construction milestones, and quality control activities, to ensure project deliverables are achieved within the defined timeline and budget.
- Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project status and weekly progress reports to Management
- Follow Site Specific Gate Entry/Exit Procedures, Work Permits, Project Related ISO Documentation and Support on submission of statutory requirements of workmen.
- Responsible for sub-contractor identification, Assessment and Development
