- Conducting monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance and testing of fixed fire fighting installation and first aid fire fighting equipment’s.
- Conducting fire fighting trainings, live demonstration for plant employees & contract employees .
- To prepare training module for employees and contract employees
- To prepare contingency plan for shop wise emergency.
- To conduct monthly mock drill with co-ordination to safety department and take active part
- To issue Hot work permits and ensure the fire safety is maintained inside the plant premises
- To take active part during onsite emergency and offsite emergency.
- To co-ordinate with security department.
- To co-ordinate with safety department.
Experience
10-12 years of work experience in Fire Department
Industry Preferred
Large size Manufacturing company
Qualifications
The applicant should be BSc-Fire / BE- Fire Engineering, Diploma/Certificate in Fire & Safety, should have completed sub officer or station officer course from NFSC.
