Roles And Responsibilities

This is an individual contributor role based out of Bangalore for the B2B sales team of Simplilearn. Responsible for generating profitable revenue from the lead transfers through Inbound or B2C2B Channel.

- To meet/exceed the quarterly/annual sales target and maintain the 5X pipeline and accurately forecast revenue numbers weekly.
- Actively prospect, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline from the list of assigned leads.
- Handle leads and take them to closure by signing order forms.
- Handing over the new customers to the accounts and CSM teams for delivery.
- Upsell/cross-sell to prospective leads through positive discovery questions.
- Liaise with Marketing or RevOps or B2C leaders for weekly review of leads and their status.
- Coach ISM’s to spot opportunities for B2C2B transfer (Depending upon the leads getting assigned)
- Work closely with sales teams to translate individual learner adoption into large-scale enterprise deals.




- Maintain salesforce hygiene by updating data on a daily basis
- Build strong relationships with key client personas through LinkedIn outreach and personal meetings
- Implement referral programs, alumni networks, and peer advocacy models to drive additional revenue
- Mapping different stakeholders in enterprise accounts, understanding their pain points, and proposing a solution by leveraging the internal ecosystem of Simplilearn along with the PreSales team leading to customer delight.
- Maintain Healthy Gross Margin as per the direction of the management.

Desired Skills

- 2+ years of Overall Sales experience
- Has consistent record of overachieving Quarterly/Annual Sales targets
- Is a “Hunter” and has the appetite and acumen to acquire multiple new logos through leads or direct reachout
- Experience in driving customer acquisition and upselling.
