Job Title: Manager - Accounts Receivable

Location: Delhi

Note: Monday through Saturday (6 Days working)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager - Accounts Receivable to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining robust relationships with customers. You will play a key role in supporting the company's financial health and ensuring accurate and efficient revenue cycle management.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounts receivable processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve processes. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with the sales, customer service, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivable Management:
- Oversee and manage the accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Monitor and maintain accurate aging reports, track overdue payments, and escalate collections as needed.
- Process customer invoices, credits,



and refunds in accordance with company policies and timelines.
- Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and work closely with customers to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring timely resolution of any payment issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer payment terms and ensure accurate billing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to accounts receivable.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on aging, bad debts, and collection trends for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the efficiency of the accounts receivable function.
- Assist in forecasting cash flow and managing credit risk.

- Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements to the accounts receivable processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Help implement best practices for invoice processing, collections, and cash application.
- Participate in system upgrades or integrations that may impact the accounts receivable workflow.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes.
- Coordinate with the finance team for month-end closing and reconciliation activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education:
- Bachelors degree and Masters in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
