- Manage equity and debt accounting in accordance with US GAAP, including instrument classification, valuation, and related disclosures.
- Oversee payroll accounting and ESOP administration, including expense recognition, vesting schedules, and related US GAAP disclosures (ASC 718).
- Manage fixed asset and prepaid expense accounting, including capitalisation, depreciation/amortisation schedules, and periodic reconciliations.
- Manage lease accounting under ASC 842, including lease classification, right-of-use asset and liability measurement, and related disclosures.
- Manage inter-company cross charges, cost allocations, & settlement processes across group entities.
- Coordinate and manage external and internal Audit requests related to General ledger, controls testing and financial statements
- Drive and partner with external/ internal teams for process improvements and automation
