Role Description This full-time in office Loss Adjuster role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on investigating and assessing insurance claims across property and commercial lines.

The Loss

Adjuster will review claim notifications, examine policy terms, conduct site visits, interview stakeholders, and gather evidence to determine the extent of loss and liability. Daily responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, recommending fair and accurate claim settlements, coordinating with insurers and insured parties,



and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The role also involves managing claim documentation, monitoring claim progress, and supporting clients with clear, professional communication throughout the claims process.

Qualifications

- Strong claims handling and claims management skills, with experience managing end-to-end claim processes.
- Expertise in insurance and property claims, including understanding of policy coverage, exclusions, and valuation principles.
- Proficiency in adjustments and loss assessment, with the ability to analyze financial impact and recommend fair settlements.
- Relevant academic background in insurance, finance, engineering, law, or a related discipline.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders on-site.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple cases, and meet timelines under pressure.
- Prior experience in loss adjusting, risk inspection, or claims surveying is an advantage.
