Responsibilities: -

1. Manage day-to-day warehouse receiving, storage, distribution, and dispatch operations.
2. Ensure optimum warehouse space utilization and maintain inventory accuracy.
3. Coordinate transportation planning, route optimization, and shipment tracking.
4. Manage relationships with transporters, logistics partners, and vendors.
5. Monitor OTIF, delivery timelines, logistics costs, and operational KPIs.
6. Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and operational requirements.
8. Support inventory cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
9. Use WMS/TMS and supply chain data to improve operational performance.
10. Lead and coordinate warehouse and transportation teams.
11. Handle unforeseen operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations.

Requirements:-

1. 23 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, or Supply Chain Operations.
2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
3. Experience in warehouse and transportation management.
4. Knowledge of WMS and TMS.
5. Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.



Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong communication and team management skills.
10. Candidates from FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or D2C industries will be preferred.
11. Candidates from Tier 1/2 institutes such as NITs, IIMs, SP Jain, Welingkar, etc. will be preferred.
